Cancel free within 1 hour of ordering, before we start crafting. Need to correct your delivery address? Message us any time before your parcel ships and we will update it.
Returns
Each piece is made to order for your dog, so we cannot take it back once crafting has begun. That is exactly why we take sizing seriously: use the size guide on this page, or message us at info@petandme.ee and we will help you measure in a few minutes.
If something is wrong, we fix it
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will repair it, remake it or refund it at our cost.

I ordered both a dog leash and a jacket. The dog leash is of high quality, the colour is as shown on the website. I ordered the dog jacket in size L, which fits my female French bulldog perfectly. I particularly like the option of adjusting the collar and the back of the jacket with straps. If it didn't have this option, there would probably be a chance of getting dirty while the dog is doing its business. I'm very happy with the products and will probably order more in the future :)

I love the overall but it is too small so I've sent it back to get a bigger size
