To ensure a customized fit, kindly provide your dog's measurements in cm. When measuring for harnesses, include the neck, chest, and underbelly length. See the guide here

There are 4 different handle types, divided by material and by functionality:

• Rope handle - the whole leash is made of the same material, marine rope, with the end of the rope made into the handle.

• Biothane handle - leash is made of marine rope, while the handle is made of biothane. The color of the biothane can be changed, if needed. Biothane handle is less compact but offers more comfort to your hand. It is also more easily cleanable.

• Adjustable version has a clasp on the handle which allows you to open the handle, shorten the leash, attach it to and around things etc. The leash can also be made into a two dog leash, if needed.

• Standrad closed version has a fixed size and cannot be modified.

BioThane® is an innovative alternative to leather. The material is used in the world of horses and dogs equipment.

PVC coating makes it more durable, waterproof, and easy to clean. It also has a very high breaking strength which is why it has gained the trust of horse halter, dog leash, and dog collar makers.

The 13mm wide biothane can hold up to 220kg, 16mm up to 280 kg and 19mm up to 340kg.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Our pieces are worn everywhere from Europe to the USA, Colombia and Japan. Standard shipping is free on orders over 140€ (over $140 in the US). Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery; all shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout.

Every accessory is handmade to order, so please allow 5-15 working days for your piece to be crafted before it is handed to the carrier. Garments, robes, bags and pouches ship within 1-2 business days. Once on its way, standard international delivery typically takes 7-10 days. In a hurry? You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund. Just email info@petandme.ee with your order number. After that first hour, crafting of your piece has already begun and cancellations are no longer possible. Need to correct a delivery address? We can update it any time before your parcel is handed to the carrier. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Every piece is made to order for your dog, nothing sits in a warehouse. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and under EU consumer law the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or personalised goods. We would much rather spend five minutes helping you choose than have you receive something that does not fit. You can read the full policy here.

That is the part we will always make right. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, email info@petandme.ee within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We will repair, remake or refund it at our cost. Your statutory rights, including the two-year EU guarantee of conformity, always remain intact.
