Standard shipping is used by default and delivers worldwide with tracking. Need it sooner? Choose Express at checkout for a small additional charge and delivery takes 2 to 4 business days across the EU.

You will get a tracking link the moment yours is on its way.

Changed your mind?
Cancel free within 1 hour of ordering, before we start crafting. Need to correct your delivery address? Message us any time before your parcel ships and we will update it.

Returns
Each piece is made to order for your dog, so we cannot take it back once crafting has begun. That is exactly why we take sizing seriously: use the size guide on this page, or message us at info@petandme.ee and we will help you measure in a few minutes.

If something is wrong, we fix it
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will repair it, remake it or refund it at our cost.
