Made for real life. Mud, rain and daily walks included. Wipe BioThane pieces clean with a damp cloth. Machine-wash textiles at 30°C and air-dry. Wipe metal hardware dry after wet walks to keep its finish.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a size chart with measuring instructions — measure your dog in centimetres and compare against the chart. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up. You'll find the full measuring guide here. Still unsure? Message us — we'll help you pick.
When will my order arrive?
Every PET & ME accessory is handmade to order — please allow 5–15 business days for your piece to be crafted before it ships. Robes, garments and pouches are ready-made and ship within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, Estonian parcel-terminal orders arrive within a few days and international standard shipping typically takes 7–10 days. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships — in a hurry? Contact us and we'll do our best.
How much does shipping cost?
Parcel-terminal delivery in Estonia is free (courier 8€), and orders over 150€ ship free worldwide. For everything else, the exact rate for your country is shown at checkout. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs fees.
What if it doesn't fit?
Unworn, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email info@petandme.ee first and we'll send you return instructions — once approved, your refund reaches your original payment method within 10 business days. Custom-made and personalised items can't be returned, so double-check the size chart or ask us before ordering. Need a different size? Returning the original and placing a new order is the fastest way.
Are the materials safe for my dog?
Yes — we use premium, pet-safe materials tested on real walks in real weather. BioThane® is a waterproof, odour-resistant alternative to leather that wipes clean and holds a breaking strength of 220–340 kg depending on width, paired with quick-drying marine-grade rope and solid welded hardware. Gentle on fur, built for years of walks.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes! Every piece is handmade to order, so we can adjust the colour, length, size and functionality — or create a fully custom design just for your dog. Reach out through our contact form or at info@petandme.ee before ordering and we'll take care of it. Just note that custom-made pieces can't be returned.
