How does the subscription work?
Pick how many packs you want per delivery (from 3 packs) and how often: every month, every 3 months or every 6 months. Every subscription delivery is 5% off and ships free, the first order and every renewal. Your bags simply arrive before you run out.
Can I change, skip or cancel?
Yes. You can change the number of packs, skip a delivery, pause or cancel your subscription anytime from your account, with no fees. Questions? Email info@petandme.ee.
How many packs do I need?
Each pack holds 6 rolls, 60 bags in total. That lasts one dog about a month. With two dogs, simply double it. You can adjust the amount anytime.
What are the bags made of?
Renewable corn starch. They are plant based, 100% compostable, unscented and 2x extra thick, leak-proof guaranteed.
Will they fit my holder or dispenser?
Yes. The rolls fit all standard dispensers, including our leather poop bag holder, which you can add above in brown or black.
How much does shipping cost?
Subscriptions ship free on every delivery. For one-time orders, parcel-terminal delivery in Estonia (SmartPosti or Omniva) is 3.35€, free on orders over 95€ (courier 8€), and EU standard shipping is 9.50€, free on orders over 140€. The exact rate for other countries is shown at checkout.
When will my bags arrive?
Bags ship within 1 to 2 business days with tracking. Estonian parcel-terminal orders arrive within a few days, international standard shipping typically takes 7 to 10 days.
Can I return them?
Unopened packs in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email info@petandme.ee first and we will send you return instructions.
